Small Card, Big Impact: Sharing the Gospel with a MicroSD in India

Ishaan felt immensely blessed when he received a MicroSD card loaded with the complete Scriptures in text and audio, Christian music, and biblical films in his own language. He personally listened to the content–but didn’t want to keep such a precious gift to himself!

I take it to the villagers who cannot read,” reports Ishaan. “I’ve been using this MicroSD card as an instrument to share the Good News with people in my village and neighboring villages.

The songs and video clips proved to be especially valuable for the children in his village. He invited local boys and girls to watch the Bible-based video clips on his phone out in the open in his village. The interest generated by these clips was so strong that even elderly villagers rushed over to watch! After the videos, lively discussions followed, with questions being asked and answers often coming from the group itself.

The videos on the MicroSD card have sparked an interest in Jesus among the little ones in the community. This opened doors for Ishaan to invite local children and their families to come to church on Sunday mornings. Some boys and girls have already visited Ishaan’s church!

Ishaan feels truly blessed by the gift of one tiny MicroSD card. He is hoping to receive more to continue to spread the light of the Gospel to the neighboring villages.

Heavenly Father, thank you for the blessing of Ishaan and the way you are using him to spread your Word. We praise you for the MicroSD card that has allowed him to share Scripture, Christian songs, and videos with those who have never heard the Gospel. We pray that the seeds planted through these resources continue to grow, especially in the hearts of the children, families, and elderly in the villages he serves. We pray that you grant Ishaan strength, wisdom, and protection as he carries out this mission. Open more doors for him to reach other villages, and provide him with the resources he needs to continue his work. May his efforts lead many to faith in Jesus. We pray that Ishaan boldly shares the Good News with all who will listen. Let his example inspire others to follow in his footsteps and bring light to their own communities. Amen.
